Web-Site
As a free service, Benefits Network provides all
of our group customers, regardless of the number of employees, with
a custom
web-site called “Your
Benefits InfoExpress.” The site is accessible to employees via a
User Name and Password and provides valuable information about their employer’s
specific employee benefits program. “Your Benefits Info Express” includes
the following information updated each year:
- Benefits Summaries for each line of coverage
- Payroll contributions
and premiums
- Links to carrier provider directories, drug formularies,
etc.
- Important phone numbers to access service and support
- Frequently asked
questions
- News and updates that can be customized for your business
- Much more
MyHRView
Benefits Network provides all of its clients with
an invaluable human resources web-site called
MyHRView. This password protected, award winning site is a comprehensive resource and reference center containing employee benefits, HR/employment, and personal financial planning information. MyHRView explains and analyzes complicated federal laws and confusing acronyms such as COBRA, ERISA, OSHA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA and others. The site offers hundreds of downloadable forms including a complete Employee Handbook template.
COBRA Administration
For our clients that are required under Federal Law to comply with COBRA, Benefits Network provides COBRA administration services as a free service through Infinisource, a leading COBRA authority. Many employers believe they are in compliance with COBRA, when in fact there are important steps they have overlooked, putting them at risk for severe financial penalties. This value-added service relieves both an administrative burden and potential loss.
HR Focus Webinars
As a Benefits Network client, you will receive monthly emails containing pre-recorded HR Focus Webinars on pertinent human resources topics. The Webinars are conducted by industry experts and are 30 to 45 minutes in length and can be viewed at your leisure.

Custom Employee Surveys
Benefits Network makes available to our clients a custom survey utility that makes it possible to quickly and easily obtain employee feedback. This tool has been used effectively to evaluate employee benefits programs, obtain input regarding potential changes and enhancements to benefit programs, or to get opinions on any topic of interest. Surveys are distributed via email and automatically tabulate as responses are received.
Benchmarking Reports
Benefits Network provides its clients with custom Benchmarking Reports that compare their employee benefits programs with employers nationally and regional, by employee size, and by industry type. Information is pulled from Watson Wyatt, Hay Group, and Kaiser Family Foundation will be part of the resources available through Benefits Advisor.
Newsletters
Through a series of newsletters, Benefits Network provides our clients with valuable information designed to provide up-to-date information addressing economic, social, and regulatory issues that are transforming healthcare management and employee benefits. The HR and Benefits Update Newsletters are compilations of various subjects produced every two months. Special Edition Bulletins are periodic updates that focus on specific topics. Finally, the Wellness Series is a multi-issue collection focusing on an employer and employee wellness issues.
